Midnight Madness Houston - Start the year off on the right foot
Midnight Madness is set for January 28th, 2011. From now on we will be doing this quarterly ( so many events we do not want you to get burnt out! )
The details:- Starting location: Pappasito’s Cantina at I10 and Beltway 8, we will have the patio and our own area sectioned off in the parking lot. ( MAP )
- Time: We would like to all be seated no later than 7:30PM so start arriving between 7:00pm and 7:30pm ( you did not have to rush to get to the even this time! ) Expected departure is between 8:30pm and 9:00pm. Once everyone is together we will head out.
- The Route: The route is going to be undisclosed until the week before the day of the event. We will also have maps available the day of the event. However, please note that the drive is going to be about 3 hours altogether consisting of both highway and back-roads. (approximately 140miles +/- )
Other details:- Again, we will be starting at Pappasito’s Cantina at I10 and Beltway 8 – you can eat, or you can just meet there before we depart. If you decide to eat you have two options, you will need to select the option of your choice in the form. Please, if you are bringing guests, make sure they are aware of the options:
- Eat at group rate of $26.00 per person. This is for the set sizzling beef and chicken fajitas with all of the goods, including iced tea, soda, or coffee. The price also includes tax and gratuity. We will collect this upon arrival and entrance of our reserved area.
- You can request a menu and order whatever it is you prefer.
The Disclaimer:- Midnight Madness is simply a social event for auto enthusiasts. This is not a race. There is no prize for racing, drifting, drafting, or getting to the planned meeting spots before anyone else. You must drive safely and with proper courtesy to all other participants and members of the public. Do not drive wrecklessly. We are not responsible for you, your actions, or the consequences of your actions. Be aware of others on the road along with local road laws, rules, and regulations.
- Any additional costs you incur are your own responsibility.
- You must NOT consume alcohol while driving. You must NOT drive under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance at any time. You must NOT consume any illegal or intoxicating substances at any time during the Event.
- You are on your own!
We suggest you bring a radar detector so you can be aware of emergency and law enforcement vehicles, in case you need to move over so they can pass you.
